What is Urbanzone?Besides being one of Odense Citys leading designstores, Urban Zone is made up by a group of designers, constructors and product developers. We have our own workshop and drawing office with the purpose of development, sketching and modulation both for interior design projects and single products. We possess up to 17 years of experience with different design and decorating projects, and have thus formed the basis for our cooperation in Urban Zone. Our individual and differentiated cultural approaches to design and decorating projects are created by our assignments in and relations to all four corners of the world. This background has created an energetic synergy which we now direct at our mutual projects. We are founded on a basis of pragmatic, technical and academic approaches to design and construction alongside our different cultural backgrounds and perceptions. As a result of this we approach every project with an open mind. In cooperation with architects and craftsmen we have created a complete team of sparring partners covering creative skills and craftsman like competence. We create spaces by contrast like the the people we are. We create spaces with a feeling of creating life. And we create life with an understanding of functionality as much as beauty. The best way to describe our product is the contrast between the typical Nordic minimalistic lines and the rich middle eastern patterns. Like our everyday life in the global city.
